  • Packaging: We take great care in packaging your teas to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. All products are carefully sealed to maintain freshness.

  • International Shipping: Currently, we only offer shipping within USA. Please check back for updates if we expand internationally.

  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Return & Exchange Policy

We strive to provide the highest quality herbal teas. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return policy:

  • Returns & Exchanges: Due to the nature of our products (herbal teas), we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for opened packages or products that have been used. However, if your order is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue.

 

  • Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unopened and in its original packaging.

 

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

 

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying for return shipping.
